A flying yacht is here to solve the pain of being rich
For the affluent elite, the luxury of leisure travel is not enough. They yearn for something more, something that sets them apart from the rest, something that combines the freedom of sailing with the thrill of flight. And Swiss company AirYacht has answered that call.
Introducing the AirYacht, a hybrid vehicle that merges aviation and sailing into one, floating, three-story dwelling, accommodating up to 12 people in 750 square meters of indoor space, complete with a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. This floating palace, part blimp and part dwelling, is not just any yacht, it is a flying yacht, powered by a detachable airship or blimp, with the long-term goal of running on hydrogen.
When on the water, the yacht runs on an electric engine and the airship can also pull it along, ensuring that your next sun-drenched destination is never too far away. The AirYacht is the brainchild of industrial engineer Matthieu Ozanne, with over 40 patents to his name, and project manager/consultant Guillaume Hodde, with architecture designed by Darnet Designs.
Innovation and technology are at the forefront of the AirYacht project, as the team strives for excellence in their skills and vision. And while luxury travel has seen an increase in popularity in recent years, with private planes and villas, the AirYacht takes it to new heights.
Orders are open for the AirYacht, with the first delivery planned for the end of 2026, leaving the crypto kids envious and left behind. So, for those seeking to separate themselves from the masses and experience the ultimate form of luxury travel, the AirYacht awaits.
